A strategist by nature and designer at heart, Nneka Ude is a highly versatile marketer whose career has transverse the media, brand, shopper and experiential marketing worlds. She currently serves as the Planning / Strategy Director for FBC-X, an experiential marketing & design agency, managing event, partnership, and sponsorship strategies for Stella Artois, Sutter Health, Boeing, Century Link, and Cracker Barrel. With roughly 15 years of experience, Nneka has helped launch agency startups (Geomentum), build business disciplines (Shopper Sciences), and drive big brand innovation (Coca-Cola, Hillshire Brands). Her uniqueness as a marketer lays in her ability to the find the intersection of people, brands, and technology - constantly seeking solutions that reshape the future.
In 2015, Nneka parlayed her passion for branding and tech into a boutique consultancy. She founded and launched Nneka Ude Consulting, a brand experience consultancy designed with the startup community in mind. She, along with cofounder Gelyn Watkins, also founded THE PATH, a digital content platform featuring the stories of minority entrepreneurs scheduled to launch in 2017.
A Chicago native and longtime Bronzeville resident, Nneka holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, an MBA in Marketing/International Business from Loyola University Chicago as well as a Digital Marketing Certificate from DePaul University.
